K.I.M.A. LEE is excited to offer customized Women’s Fitness and Self Defense classes. Evolving out of curiosity and interest, it is now offered to meet demands for specialized Women's programs. After years of development, the course has been honed to offer its benefits to the embodiment of all women. Combining self-defense training with a background in Taekwondo, a completely unique experience is attained, allowing participants to branch off into multiple areas of specialization. Confidence in oneself becomes empowering to the point where the day-to-day activities are naturally developed in self-awareness and personal security. As an outlet for initiative and self-expression, it's also a new and innovative way to maintain a healthy fitness regimen.

We offer a safe, friendly, and welcoming experience with the inspiration to achieve your goals, and enhance your ability. KIMA LEE Women’s Fitness is designed to develop your core stability, and maximize caloric burn. Our classes focus on physical fitness, cardiovascular endurance, increasing wellness, and providing practical self-defense skills. The introduction of Martial Arts as a component to our workouts brings the added benefits of strength, coordination, flexibility, and balance while establishing proper technique. Whether it’s an individual focus or a shared experience that you’re looking for, your physical and mental health is important to us. Taekwondo is about bringing those energies in to balance.
